Northern Mockingbird Near Feeder

I spotted this Mockingbird near our suet feeder earlier. I wonder why they forage near the feeder because they never eat there and according to All About Birds they eat "mostly fruit in fall and winter" and prey on "beetles, earthworms, moths, butterflies, ants, bees, wasps, grasshoppers, and sometimes small lizards." Any ideas?

We have a mockingbird that has claimed our feeder as his own territory. He loves the suet and chases away the other birds when he's around. It's fun to watch! No ideas about your source, but I think it might a little off!
